LOAD IN DETAILS AT DCU: When shipping directly to the DCU Center, fill out the “Material Handling Order Form” from SER to ship through them. Mark the packages to SER’s attention at the DCU Center (This is noted on the shipping forms). The SER team will be onsite on September 25th to receive the material. Packages may only arrive on this date. Shipping arrangements can be made by using this link: -
• Exhibitors use doors 20 and 26 at the venue, located on Commercial Street.
i. If you are bringing in your own materials/cart you are not required to use labor.
DELIVERING TO THE DCU: You have the option of using both ends of the venue for move in.
• Door 20: SER will set up by this door as it is used by most exhibitors. There is an option to drive into the building at this entrance.
• Door 26: This door is a walk-in door.
CARPETING: Is NOT included with your booth fees unless you signed up as a sponsor. This means if you have a standard booth or small business booth you must purchase carpeting.
REPS / $150 on site: There is a $150 fee to purchase exhibitor passes the day of the event. You will receive a report prior to the Exposition. Please review the report carefully and provide us any updates/changes or additions. We can update a name badge the day of the event, but if we are required to generate an additional badge for someone, the fee is $200. Please contact Alicia Kuzia at if you need assistance adding reps to your booth prior to the show. Standard booths includes 3 exhibitor passes. Additional reps are $150.

RECEPTION: Will be held at the DCU Center, the evening before the event on 9/25 at 5:00-7:00. Many of you provided a number of those who will be attending when you completed the registration order. If you do plan on attending please go back into your registration order and update that information. We don’t need names. Just a number. This is a business casual reception. Our Executive Director, Michael Di Yeso, will say a few words and is looking so forward to seeing all of you.
ELECTRICAL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH COST
SER will or has emailed you on how to requests these services. Please check your spam/junk folders. You are required to create a login and password. For your convenience here are the details on how to request these services: https://dcucenter.boomerecommerce.com.
WIFI: Is included with your booth fee.
FURNITURE SUPPLIERS: If you do not require a table (6’) or 3 chairs in your booth, please let Alicia Kuzia know by emailing her at or calling her directly at 413-992-2505.
RAFFLES: The MHEC is not involved with the raffle process if you choose to have one at your booth. Have a basket to collect attendee business cards. You will notify the winner of your raffle and make arrangements to ship or mail. Don’t leave your basket unattended.
PARKING: Free parking is available to exhibitors on the day of expo. The main parking lot is Major Taylor Blvd. Garage (A5 on the map) and additional spaces are available at the Union Street Garage (A1) and Worcester Common Garage (A6). PARKING IS FREE AS LONG AS
YOU PARK IN ONE OF THESE LOTS. Entering the garage you will receive a ticket which can be validated at any point throughout the day by our parking sponsor, SHI, at their booth or at the designated table in the lobby.

SER Exposition Services
We will be using SER Exposition Services for this year's event. Any additional booth needs (electrical, etc) will be conducted through SER using the links below.
Online ordering: Online orders may be placed at our online store.
School, Library, and Facility Innovation
One of our goals at this year’s event is to create engaging, forward-thinking spaces featuring the most innovative products available from MHEC suppliers. Is your company working with a new or innovative product under the MHEC contract that you would like to make our members aware of during this year’s Expo? If so, tell us a little bit about the product by submitting a proposal to our Expo 2019 Team addressing some of the bullet points below. This opportunity is free and open to all contracted MHEC Suppliers!
When thinking of a new or innovative product that your company might be interested in displaying, don’t necessarily think that it must be something flashy – try and think of it in terms of a product that saves time, money, both, or just adds value to the day-to-day lives of our community.
To submit a proposal, please include the following information:
• Company Name
• Main Contact (Name, Phone Number, Email, etc.)
• MHEC Contract Number
• Brand of Product(s)
• Description of Products: Include dimensions, weight, space requirements (table top, free standing, wall space)
• Indicate the intended demo space/end-user: School, Library, Facility, Athletics, etc.
• An image of the Product
• Will you need electrical? (Yes or No)
• Please explain how this product is innovative and why it would be of interest to our members.
Please note, the MHEC cannot guarantee that all or any of these products will be displayed at the event, based on space and availability.

Parking is FREE for Exhibitors again this year. There is an abundance of parking within steps of the DCU Center. More information coming soon regarding the appropriate lots and parking maps.
What hotels are being used for the event and what are the rates?
Our event hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn, Worcester located directly across the street from the DCU Center. The MHEC rate is $143. Deadline to receive this rate is: September 2nd. The overflow hotel is the Holiday Inn Express. Parking is a flat rate for Hilton visitors of $9.95 and free for the Holiday Inn Express. To book at the Holiday Inn Express 508-757-0400 and reference MHEC EXPO.
Why do you need all of the exhibitor reps names and emails?
We send periodic updates to all who are attending. If you would like to receive these updates be sure to tell us who will be in the booth and their contact information.
If we require electrical for our booth how do we make those arrangements?
SER will be taking care of this service for us this year. You will find a link in the Map Dynamics website under Links and Documents.

What happens after I register?
Exhibitor! You will have received an email that reads "You have been invited to edit the "(your account)" exhibitor profile for the following event: Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium Expo 2019.
Click the link in the email, and activate your account by creating a password.
You can log back into your account via admin.map-dynamics.com.
In your account you can add and edit your public profile, add personnel and view your balances.
